The Software application, computer software QX MailerDesk is an intuitive and easy-to-manage centralised system that automatically converts support emails to tickets, ensuring quick and effective resolution queries from clients, suppliers, candidates and other stakeholders. The tool is aimed to enhance efficiency and productivity of a user with automatic assigning of email tickets, moving to query/folder, changing ticket status, replying to raiser, sending for next level approval, notifying and saving email/attachment on secure cloud server which can be accessed anytime and anywhere. In addition, the tool uses email templates to respond on email tickets which brings down TAT for query resolution and avoids confusion caused in cases of agent collision by preventing two users to work on the same ticket at the same time. To streamline things further, the tool also allows users to create a role-based system that allows you to lock system access as per the unique requirements of the process or organisation.
