"Computer services, namely providing an interactive platform featuring technology that enables students and instructors of college, post-graduate and professional education classes to access, use and participate in online and distance learning seminars, courses, conferences, instructions and programs; creating an on-line community for students and instructors of college, post-graduate and professional education; providing an online platform for users to communicate, participate in courses as students or instructors, participate in discussions, form virtual communities, engage in social networking, and share text, images, video, audio and other data, all for purposes of college, post-graduate and professional education, continuing education, accreditation, corporate training, and professional and personal development" (terms considered too vague by the International Bureau - rule 13.2.b) of the Common Regulations); establishing, developing and operating an online learning management system featuring technology for aggregating course content, curriculum materials and learning tools, managing and tracking course assignments, lessons, student performance and other course data; establishing, developing and operating an online platform featuring technology that enables partner educational institutions to offer online educational and distance learning seminars, courses, conferences, instructions and programs at the college, post-graduate and professional levels.
